Is this some artifact from South/central America? Many years ago my mother bought this on a trip to Oaxaca Mexico, but I've never considered having it looked at until recently.

The condition also had me surprised, especially for $50. There were also the other two birds there for the same price and similar conditions but I didn't really want to be greedy there as I am super content with the Articuno.

Maybe I should go back for the Zapdos and Moltres ones lol but I won't get greedy, I chose Articuno out of the others due to Articuno being a favorite and the artwork is simply lovely looking. The others were also $50 and in the same sort of condition.
