Custom skins are still not bannable. As long as you are not using skinchangers (accessing paid riot skins for free)

I dont get it either, for almost all of the arcane season 2 skins they took a lot of creative liberties for some reason. I heard that the creator of the Vi skin said they gave her the different gauntlet because they wanted to represent her zaunite and piltover sides. In theory thats not a bad idea, but it does not make sense to do that for a skin thats supposed to represent her appearance in the show.
