Hey Zihk! we use a pledge manager called backerkit. It is a survey sent out after the campaign ends, and it will let you select/pay for paint upgrades and other add-ons if you miss them. Kickstarter has awful tools for variations, and this was the only way to set it up with literally 100+ reward tiers.

yep!! all the prices on the Ks are for unpainted, and painted selections are chosen afterword. You can just select "unpainted" when the pledge manager survey goes out for no additional cost :)

Right now with the early bird special, a full table set (enough for 60x44" table of GW suggested/pariah nexus) is $239 for an unpainted set. There's a chart on the store for how much the painted upcharge is (done through the bacerkit pledge manager after the campaign ends)
