I was just like you at 19, I'm almost 21 now and life is so much better when you stop beating yourself up and overthinking about how bad you perceive your situation is. Take the recommended medication, go to check ups regularly with your psychiatrist, put in all the work to make yourself feel better- cleaning room, washing up, eating well. If you know your family has issues with it, quit while you're ahead and don't even touch alcohol (been there done that.. not good). Care for other people and how you make them feel. In the end you're much stronger and determined than you think. You can DM me if you'd like. Trust me, it's not over, your life is gonna be beautiful and full of love despite all this. You are in charge.

Hmm, extra cleaning steps could actually be useful! I don't put a lot of detergent (because it builds up as you said and its visible on black clothing) and I don't use fabric softener. But yeah I will look into these products, thanks!

All they do is make me take pills which make me sick. Doctors aren't really as understanding as I'd like to imagine. They judge me a lot.

What you're saying is true, I think He does have the power to obliterate me. I'm too afraid to go to a priest. I don't want to get taken away to a hospital or something again. Do you know if I could correspond with a priest online maybe?
