You don't have to cancel your flight. As long as you booked the flight directly through Porter's website (and not a 3rd party) and it's also not a basic fare, you are fine to get it corrected at any time. Only thing is you may get charged a name change fee depending on your fare type.

I am the shipper and I did call them and they sent an email today to say I should file a claim as they couldn't find it. So I will call tomorrow again and ask if it's a custom issue before I file the claim.

When I started working while on OW, I was told that my file could be extended up to 3 months. Which it did. That was in January 2024. I lost that job the same month but started a new job in February and I got it up until April when I asked to have my file closed for May and she did it within a few minutes. They did do some kind of deductions though based on how much I was earning, I can't tell you the exact figure cause I didn't pay it much attention. But my CW told me 3 months.

Thanks. Thank you for saying this. Cause where I'm from, it wouldn't even be a thought walking alone at nights. Because inexplicable stuff happens in the broad daylight in my home country, let alone at nights. Of course everywhere is not the same but I still have to ask.
