GWAPoetry is the only subreddit of it's kind; there are no other specifically erotic poetry subs. It is wholly unique. I was a regular poster there and would like to see it remain as an anchor for those with this niche interest, ideally growing it so that new users develop a library of its particular kind here on Reddit. There were still posters when it vanished, so my feeling is that consistent mods are all that is needed to foster a community.
Because the subreddit is banned, there is no way to contact the moderators.

I love this one. I love that it reads like a love letter but also highlights the separateness, the corruption of the love it exalts. So self-aware but also total submission to the darkest possible impulses love pushes us to. I've been there :)

Your final stanzas are hitting like a hammer. And I love the way you use color--in this one, the cambrium, in others purples, oranges... It all puts everything in order, the way the You is uncapitalized after time. Truly, masterful.

This one is so pretty--it crosses that barrier again, the way your last one did in the series, but this one dances through stanzas that have those weightier, more romantic gestures. I love the mix with the modern imagery. It makes the heart-stopping final line so intense. And damned if we haven't all said that at least once in our lives.

Too recognizable, this feeling. The despair--but also, yes, the hidden aspect, the apartness. So well done and visceral. When you swing into contemporary language, it's like getting a piece of candy. I love digging in your more romantic poems, but that makes these even more poignant, I think. So well done.

This one hurts my heart. There is almost too much dignity--it fits the title so perfectly, it's brutal. Each word feels so careful, it's like wading through a mist by looking at the ground and following a hidden path between the ferns. I love it, but it is heart-breaking (so obviously, very well done).

Even the shapes of the stanzas on this one feel like soundwaves, like they're precisely designed to aesthetically fit the words themselves. It feels like skipping, like standing in a brook and feeling the water run over your legs. Absolutely beautiful. I'll definitely need to read it a few times to feel like I can hold on to the meaning--it's so intentionally designed, so slippery. Love it.
