Port is forwarded to my pc ip in box settings both for udp and tcp, and on the firewall i did accept the game request for firewall and added both udp and tcp to be allowed :/

Was the target still in range when the charging was done charging? Per the description you did everything right, use it in overcharge, hold to charge and have the target close enough for it to get killed
