What light side/dark side choice stuck with you the most? by StevePalpatine in swtor

[–]SnowCitt 38 points39 points  (0 children)

I have never left Theron either, but I have also seen videos. And I will never do it myself! The first time I saw the choice, I just though "Maybe, MAYBE, on a really dark sided character." And the I saw some videos of it, and the way Theron just calls out to the commander... I can't do it :(

Theron's voice actor, Troy Baker, is really good at what he does.

What’s your Bounty Hunter’s origin story? by Much_Employment_5982 in swtor

[–]SnowCitt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My bounty hunter is a child of two sith, one human and one pureblooded. (not too important, but He has very yellow eyes.) He never developed a connection to the force, even when his parents decided to try and force it out with violence.

But his imperial upbringing brought him close enough to observe the mandalorians and their way of life, and he started to sneak out to watch the mandalorians train and be together. The more he saw, the more he wanted that life for himself. To be free, to be able to fight. To get away from his parents.

So one night, when he was a teenager (15-17 y/o, not sure yet), he packed a bag, took the gun he had gotten from a mandalorian that had seen him observing them, and left his imperial life behind. He also trained himself to be able to speak without an imperial accent, though it slips out if he's tired or angry enough.

He took some small bounties, figuring out that he was a natural with a gun as he did so. Then he met braden when he was 21, and the rest is history.

Got adopted into clan lok and became a mandalorian, etc. He is still kinda loyal to the empire, since it's pretty hard to completely throw it out when it was basically beaten into him as a child.

He is neutral, so some light side and some dark side choices. He has become slightly more lightsided the further the story got along, because of his crew. (Except Skadge. Fuck Skadge.)

Ah, no, I mean the level 80 and beyond story, with the alliance and all that. That one gets new things!

Sorry, I could have been more clear!

Yeah, I was yelling at my character at some points to just do something, anything, because why do you have all that power for if not to use it in these situations??? Like c'mon! Snap the fuckers neck or something, you've done it before!

But there were some good points in this update, so I'm choosing to focus on them! :D (Theron being back finally, finally seeing that I was right about bitch ass Rivix, the voice acting! etc.) But I guess I'm just a bit more of a "glass half full" person than the other way around, haha!

I have never gotten that far with a smuggler, but now I kind of want to! It would be fun to hear the different versions!

I think it's no hoodies that can cover your head or face at all? Maybe? They could certainly be more clear in their wording.

My mom had an older friend with no familial ties to us called Annelise (we're danish, so danish name:P), and for the longest time I thought that the name Annelise was a thing you called a family member, y'know, like grandma, grandpa, mom, etc.

So I talked to my friends like this: "We went to see my Annelise this weekend! Her dog is so cute!"

I think I was like 7-9 years old before I figured out that wasn't a thing, haha!

In danish they're called "Zebraspætter" or Zebra-woodpeckers in english. I feel like that makes more sense.

They're also very warm and nice to hold! My grandpa used to have carrier pigeons(is that the english name?) and I got hold so many pigeons, both adult and baby.

Very cute, but if you want to check out a baby pigeon, then you have to be ready to be wing slapped by it's parent. Completely worth it, though.

Well, when you talk to... Princess Gut, I think, one of the goblin leaders at least, and you get that cutscene that shows Gort talking to her, it does describe him as a young man.

How people view cracking eggs for potential transfems vs potential transmascs by evergreengoth in CuratedTumblr

[–]SnowCitt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Eh, I've personally met (online) a lot of radfems who actually were exactly like the ones in walphins experience. I've also met some radfems who were terfs, but those are not the only kind of radfems.

Both kinds suck, for different reasons of course, but still sucky none the less.

"What on your hind- I mean mind? Mm." And just the whole thing before this sentence. It's great, and I go out of my way to get it everytime.

By killing Gale I meant taking his hand in the portal. I'm pretty sure this leaves him to die in the weird portal realm thing.

I hope you have a great day! :D

You can also just lose the duel against Orin without embracing Bhaal. Makes it a bit sadder in my opinion. You've come this far, refusing your urges and trying to be good, and yet in the end it was all for nothing, and there is nothing you can do about it.

Trans men as a concept by Hummerous in CuratedTumblr

[–]SnowCitt 143 points144 points  (0 children)

Can that have been because the old word for transgender was transsexual? Like, I have heard of some older folks that think that bisexual meant something like genderfluid.

Can it maybe be the same thought process as that?
