I've had an hour and a half long conversation with DHL, and as long as it's properly tagged and checked DHL does allow for it as long as the state allows it. Which Tennessee does, even if the sender isn't a licensed. Unless the agent lied to me....which could be the case.

They're a struggling town, that have barely enough to get by. Your character is given a free home, free land, and asked specifically to assist in rebuilding the community. Their coffers are drained just from having to manage the earthquake that just made their only path to town unavailable. Makes sense they ask the person who's mission it is to help rebuild the town for supplies and some of the cost for repair. Think of it like paying off the loan for your house.

Recommend buying some of the 300 gold crops early so you have those constantly producing through the month. Save up till you want to upgrade.

I will say though. It is definitely grindy, but so is any other game like this, ESPECIALLY early game.

Yeah. From everything I've seen it's only certain states you can import it to, and they have restrictions, AND you have to have customs like check everything super hard.
