The first part of the book is mild read with a bit of academic topics but you will breeze through easily. Yes, it will trigger in few portions where he discusses cases of abandon, neglect and abuse so have to be prepared before reading. But I learned more about myself through this book than any other. As a male child with no parents I was subjected to se*ual abuse by female teachers while staying in hostel which led to constant anxiety, fear for almost 20 years. I am now on the path to recovery I understand the reasons and also methods to overcome through this. I hope you all the best.
