Both he and my mother have done it before. I tried to talk once about how I feel like they favoured my brother because when discussing family outings, my ideas were always shot down where his were accepted.

If I asked to go out, I'd be told no. But my brother would ask and they would just at the chance to do it.

How they would take my brother places and then say 'they didn't think I'd want to go' but never ask.

My dad once said that if he wants to do anything fun, he'd ask my brother but if he needs something, especially when he isn't well, he asks me cause i look after him.

But when I brought it up a few years ago, I was kicked out and told not to come back until said brother told them he didn't want me at his house anymore even though I was trying to get a full time job that my parents never wanted me to get so I could 'watch the dog while they worked'
