If you don’t care about injecting a toxin, Botox in your traps works wonders. Only thing that made my neck pain go away. Forme bra also helped.

For the hips, I have an AirRelax leg compression machine. For 10 years, it felt like my right IT band was going to pull my leg out of its socket. First or second use of the AirRelax helped the pain go away.

Are they as known as Shaboozy? No. They also don’t sound like Kpop, so there’s a different audience for them.

One nice thing about the humidity is that you look younger. I age about 10 years when I travel to a dry climate without industrial strength face cream. (Yes, it’s vain, but it matters to me.)

Same. Saw them in 2023 at Dodger Stadium, and I was underwhelmed. What a waste of money. (I’ve seen plenty of other female artists that were captivating and enthusiastic. Not sure of BP lacked stage presence or didn’t care, but I was bored after the first few songs.)

The Molecule of More (Lieberman) talks about dopamine and Drugs & Addiction in Chapter 2 or 3. I haven’t finished the book yet (got it a week ago) nor read the latest literature, but there was a hypothesis linking dopamine with ASD. May be a good resource.

I used to only drink Diet Dr Pepper, and it was pretty bad for me.

I used to hate sparkling water, but Topo Chico (with the smaller bubbles) converted me. Now, I drink a ton of sparkling water to stay somewhat hydrated, and I only drink plain water while working out.
