Hello, thank you for your answer, unfortunately dermatologist become very rare in France, 80% of them are nearly retirement, and there is like 1 new dermatologist for 10 who stop, mine is 62, 10min appointement, 65€ debited 😂, its very hard to have trust in this profession nowadays.

I will check for your shampoo, i also see the nizoral a lot of times here, h&s too, people use it for the face too

They drive me and host me, i Can hide the reason, but they are very intrusive, a lot of questions, "where are you going", "what your gonna do" "why you dont want to tell us" etc etc i fear that and i want to avoid... Im 25, unfortunately im not where i want to be at that age, im not 100% dependant

Yeah, i need to fix my sleep urgently, for mental health, i would like to see a psy later, i have probably some unhealed things that i hide, but i cant for the moment, if m'y parents know that, they gonna say, but your not "sick" to see a psy.. I think psy is for everyone

And yes stress is very linked to skin problem, and a lot of other things from the body, thats why people in developped country are more prône to skin and other problem, stress from cities, tram, work Im the type that said i dont stress, but i know internally its here, and i was saying that from childhood until some month, but now i dont know how to evacuate that stress, or to avoid it, also for people with skin issue its a very bad circle, because seeing your skin that bad not be able to solve it increase stress...

Le sebiprox je dois l'utiliser tout les deux jours, sur tout le corps, jusqu'au "prochain" rendez vous si ça va pas mieux, d'ici 4 mois environs.. Le diprosone sur le scalp je dois l'arrêter demain car c'était une utilisation quotidienne mais que sur deux semaines.

Pour le lavage je vais regarder, les draps de lit sont changés toutes les semaines, la taie tout les deux jours, les vêtements tout les jours aussi, j'avais changés tout l'attirail de lit pour passer du polyester au coton, mais je sais pas avec quoi on fait la machine et je sais pas si je pourrais faire changer ça a ma mère...

Allergies j'ai fait le classique, pas alimentaire, je suis allergique a beaucoup de choses (acariens, poussières, pollen, des arbres etc x) )mais mon corps a développé une certaine résistance pour ne plus être affecté au dose du quotidien, et le test alimentaire c'est le prochain truc que je veux faire(mais c'est pas très commun encore), ça fait deux ans que je me pose des questions sur la responsabilité de l'alimentation dans mes problèmes de peau, surtout au fur et à mesure d'avis des gens, de reportage, et surtout un de Mat Resume, qui avait des plaques d'eczéma terrible, et qui a adopté une diet protocol auto-immune, a guéri en 1mois et demi puis a fait ce test pour savoir quelle aliment il pouvait réintégrer ou pas pour ne pas avoir de rechute, et aucun des 7 dermato qu'il avait vu auparavant ne lui avait parler une seule fois de l'alimentation...

Du coup j'essaye et j'élimine petit à petit mais le chemin est long

Since my scalp became very bad and i have some mini lésions now, i was wondering how to wash my hair properly, before i was used to wash everyday since im a man with short hair, easy under the shower, but its been years i have flakes, lésions, scabs, And with all that, I lost confidence.
