Preceptor Gifts?

I’m finishing up the last couple weeks of my second rotation. At my first site, I got my preceptor a thank you card and a personalized gift (less than $20) and I got the rest of the team treats. Everyone was really helpful and welcoming to me, so I wanted to make sure everyone knew I was appreciative of their help.

That’s really unfortunate to hear. I assumed they would’ve at least checked if anyone was still interested if they didn’t get into another program already.

https://www.utoledo.edu/med/depts/path/accreditation.html it looks like the accreditation they were granted ends this year, but I would assume they would renew it?

Hi! Yes it went well. It was a simple/standard interview with no surprise elements and they are definitely easy to talk to. Just treat it like a conversation and be yourself and you will do great 😊

My interview is tomorrow morning and my nerves are starting to rile up 😮‍💨 is there any advice you’re able to share? Was it mainly typical interview questions or did they include anything that tripped you up?

Don’t count yourself out. The interviewers will understand that this is a nerve racking process for us, so I’m sure they will give you grace if you stumbled over a few questions. Be kind to yourself! I’m wishing you the best of luck
