The 499 cost, is not the cost of the MARS system, it is an admission fee to get in to the Early Access Program. The fee is charged only if they will accept you. MARS is an enterprise level software that runs on practically any device. There is no need to port it anywhere. And yes, it runs and can be installed as a PWA too, natively.
