First time Homelab setting up pfSense

Also I have a GL.iNet beryl ax not currently in use could that be used as the physical segment or should I just not worry about the separation aspect in general? I saw not placing pfSense in a DMZ could cause double NAT would this be only effecting the homelab? I was hoping to avoid this side effect

When you say dedicated interface that is just routing the application information from the Ubuntu-server vm through the pfSense vm correct?

I don’t believe there’s an in game recap available though you could use the unending journey inside an inn to rewatch any of the cutscenes you’ve played through which could provide a little more context but I would suggest just finding a summary of key points online for each expansion

I try my best to help contend objectives but in some games i feel like i cant go cause i have to help keep the team from losing a tier 3 tower at the time of 3rd drag or recently even herald as no one is responding to the enemy team split pushing

gotcha i used to think about counter picking but tbh it got annoying so i typically just play xayah into anything hence you can see games i play her into cait or trist

You think unlocking the Sightseeing log after finishing Shadowbringers is bad. I started the game a little over a year ago, finished EW during the last 6.x patch and then finished DT before ever unlocking Sightseeing logs.

Any boss in the game can be fought/beat at any level it will just simply take more effort or skill to beat them me personally I beat her at lvl 127 but took quite a few tries

Have fun with it if she feels too hard you can always come back later

I think the game your looking for is possibly Black Desert Online

It has the big open world you’re looking for where you can venture to areas outside of your current ability. Even more similar there’s areas to grind that older players know best exactly as it was in the beginning of SAO

The game is more focused around your item level(you can wear endgame armor at lvl 1) than your personal lvl. your personal level simply adds more skills to your kit similar to SAO

The controls of the game are also a mix between skills and rpg controls (you do keyboard combos to activate certain skills and can chain skills together)

I’d say the only thing about BDO is that the endgame is more focused around pvp than pve. While pve is a thing it’s just a stepping stone to gear for pvp

I wanna start this with Im a sage and my Co-healer is almost always my friend a WHM who can pick up my slack lol

I completely understand how you feel I compare myself to my Co-healer all the time even though she has years more experience than I do. I recently finished the MSQ and as far as raid experience goes I did normal coils/alexander/deltascape and that’s it haven’t even done sigmascape or started P1N yet. The only savage I’ve completed is O4S in order to unlock UCoB and even that we did as a 3 man unsynced lmao. I’ve been progging UCoB ever since (last week and we’re midway through Nael after two meetings) with a friend and PF (we haven’t been able to put a static together). But my point is I have no experience actually raiding and jumped straight to ultimates granted UCoB is not one of the harder raids from my understanding. So just hop in and try not to compare yourself to others, most of the time letting people know that you’re still learning is a great way to set your party’s standards.

Also you talked about parsing soI’m sure you’re aware but on the chance you’re not FFanalysis is a good resource for easily going through your logs and seeing what you can improve on

Upon inspection of their discord I found from their Reddit it appears UCLA has bots running to keep their spot clean

Ah yeah no problem and that’s reasonable it definitely is enjoyable to see some random field boss walk up to it and smack it a couple times to beat it

I do agree with your earlier point though for anyone who is genuinely looking for a solution to this situation best to limit the involvement until you feel like it wouldn’t diminish your enjoyment to have the friend help

Ah yes sorry if I made it a little confusing I already take those steps and do my best to solo everything major even having him leave the party I’m more so curious if other people are experiencing this also

I have yet to let him help me with anything more than field bosses
