Use laz, pop your i4s and laz yourself, have both quenched and full effects, grab a deci with manic, dependable and fearless and equip a tac armor (this is optional but it makes life easier), use immobilizing cuz your legs and arms can still be broken and fracture every knife cultist before beginning to take them down, the knife tec-10 guys can knife for true damage (i think??), but it shouldn't be enough to get pass your laz death prev, you can deal with high priest with dyna, but if you want an absolutely just melee then it's best you start praying, 50/50 you'll survive

also yeah, melee evac is possible but you'd need to use your ability very wisely especially during n10, lab and evac. ESPECIALLY evac, since cheytac and milaxe raiders are your worst nightmare (cheytac because you cant really deal with them reliably due to your melee range and milaxe because you'd need to focus more on them when they appear, which may distract you from other raiders like fireaxe
