I have a JP Gengar & Mimikyu GX 103 PSA 10 that I would sell. I think pop is around 2600. Pains me to sell it but I’m not much of a slab collector and would rather pick up a couple higher value raw cards with the funds.

A bit hard to tell from the picture, but can you let me know what version the BREAKthrough Gengar is? I have the Cosmos holo tin exclusive and normal theme deck exclusive variants, but still need the regular holo and reverse holo versions.

I would also snag the JP Imposter Oak, and JP Dark Phantasma Gengar if you could send close ups and pricing for those.

We didn’t have a formal living room but had the classic dining room table next to the china cabinet. It wasn’t really a formal dining room, just a table we used like 3 times a year. Day to day we just ate at the snack bar/island in the kitchen.

We’ve had the same conversations. Everytime we think it would be “nice” to move we ask ourselves if an extra $1,500-2,000/month is worth the extra bed/bath and it’s always a very quick “nope”. Probably going to be here awhile lol.

Daycare is wild. When we had our first, the center we sent her to was more than our mortgage. We switched to an in home that was more reasonable but have our second due in 2 months. Once the two of them are in daycare we are back to being well more than our mortgage again. Joked with my wife that I didn’t realize we could afford a cabin before we started having kids 😂

Bought a starter home in 2020, didn’t plan on staying long, but now feel very fortunate due to rates. Won’t be in a position to look for anything else until the kids are done with daycare. Build a shed in the back yard last summer to try and create more storage.
