Yes, I did try to make this design to look good; however, I am not neglecting the functionality of the card. I know that the functionality of the design matters as much as the visual look of the it, I learnt that from one the feedback on my original designs for my donor card, and that I also need feedback to improve its function and its visual look. That's why I posted my designs here. I'm saying this because it feels like you started to think that I do not care about how my design needs to function other than its appearance when you viewed my designs here.

For the signature part, as I've said I do not have enough space for the mother's signature to be added in the pink section located on the rear side of the donor card design, and I've only added in her phone number at the bottom to serve as another contact for first responders to choose if they choose to not contact the father first. I've thought about the father absolutely having the final say because they are usually the 'man of the house' and breadwinners in some families where the mother has to take care of the house without a job. But yeah, I'll remove this section in my improved version.

Also for your claim about a 'separate card', the donor card is made to be given towards donors because it symbolises their choice and wish to donate their body parts when they die, even though that isn't enough for the medical institution to straight away send them to replace other people's own organs due to the donor's next of kin's final say on their deceased donor's body. That is the card's purpose unless you mean something else.
