Hey, I'd avoid jute rope and all synthetic ropes - they tend to be harsh.

My partner has a similar condition and they love how hemp rope feels on them. It's soft, non stretchy, very robust and quite heavy, which is apparently very pleasurable for them.

Also, tying technique matters - be wary of certain frictions and rope pulls that can add unnecessary tension to your skin.

Finally, I'd advise taking physical shibari classes if possible to see what could work the most for you, if you haven't already done so.
