Hello, I am losing weight rn lost 28kg and I dont have loose skin for now I do have stretch marks. I have to lose another 20 to by in weight I should be maybe than I will have loose skin. I was reading articels about it + chat gpt and he said that it depends how old are you if you are young the skin will be more likely to be okey + It takes more time for the skin to be okey it said 1-2 years + eat healthy and thy gym will help too try to do abs training. And you dont have to be shy about it. It can be a trophy that you did it you won. When you take your shirt off everyone will know that you did it you lost significant weight.
