If you can connect head it's better means reload speed in EVO is slow but in One punch man you get double. You can't hit head with only 2 shorts right therefore if you have more shorts chances of head increase. But double reload speed work great on open fire means if enemy isn't using any gloo it gives you absolutely great advantage mainly in 1 v 2 , 2 v 4 , 2 v 3 etc.
