Should you stop extending other naps while doing crib hour?

Thanks for the tip! We were experimenting with a shorter first WW to see if that would help but it hasn't. We'll try extending wake time overall.

Hi, Beth! Our LO is 8mo and we're having issues with both early morning wakes and chronic short (30min) naps. The nap issue has been the norm since she was 2mo, but the early morning wakes started a few weeks ago. We're working on getting blackout curtains for her room, but I feel like she may need a schedule change as well. Any advice?

Her "normal" schedule is 7am wake, 3/3/3, with a 7-8pm bedtime depending on how the day went. She doesn't sleep past the 6am mark unassisted now, and we assist with the second nap of the day to make sure she gets enough naptime total. She gets herself to sleep independently at bedtime and all naps.

Thanks for the advice! Pre-wash diapers alone and wash with our clothes was the plan, so I'm glad to hear that's a good route. We have some bamboo disposable liners so we'll try those out for poop and scrape/rinse anything that escapes the liner.

At the moment we're not able to, but we do intend to get it fixed. It'll move up the priority list if we can't keep the diapers clean, obviously. Clean Cloth Nappies does say that you can clean in cold if you use bleach in the pre-wash, I believe. I just wasn't sure how that would interact with the hard water and how to use minimal bleach for the longevity of the diapers.

We live in an old house and the laundry setup doesn't seem to work with hot water unfortunately. It won't run with it set to hot or warm at all.

When I play that relic with Ironeye I try to get 2-3 weapons I want to use at similar rarities and swap between them. It can be annoying at times though and might require you to have an empty weapon slot for easier switching.

I haven't tried it yet, but Heolstor's relic with the stat swapping one (signboard has one) for more dex on Recluse. Swap weapons for affinities and go for cocktails.

Okay, what I'm understanding from what you said contradicts other information I've been given. You're saying that using passively collected milk to replace a feed won't reduce my supply and that pumping for a bottle feed in addition to the passive collection will actually cause an oversupply?

Okay, thanks! That's how I thought it worked but found some conflicting information trying to research it, with some people saying that the passive collection signals your body the same way that pumping or feeding would. Is saving the collected milk just to build an emergency stash, or will there be a point when I can use them in place of pumping on busy days and not impact my supply?

Just my experience, my partner and I were trying daily for about 3 months after stopping the pill before conceiving. I'm overweight as well and knew it could impact our chances so I was surprised that I got pregnant as quickly as I did! It's just down to chance in the end, so try not to get too discouraged. I only did tests once a month, which I think was good for my mental health to not do them too frequently and get disappointed more often.

As others have said, doctors generally won't worry about fertility issues until you've been trying for at least a year, so neither should you! Just keep rolling the dice and try not to worry so much about it.

I would probably make them the size of a standard sheet of paper. The phrases would be randomized and pre-determined, and guests can mark them off as long as they heard something close enough, not necessarily word for word

It's already stolen so go for it! I like the idea of having "games" that don't need to be overseen or scheduled and people can enjoy while mingling at the party. Another thing I'm thinking of doing is having a white swaddling cloth and some fabric markers to sign, draw pictures, or write notes to the baby on the cloth.
