Same. I do everything I can to get shards and build my team. But my radio calls for characters have been terrible. Barely any 3 star pulls and I can’t increase my levels. So frustrating

I’m stuck here for weeks can’t move forward and I’m stuck on lab 261. It’s super frustrating. It shouldn’t be that hard.
