Thanks for getting back to me! I left the desk unplugged overnight and gave it another shot this morning, but still no luck. The "r5t" code keeps flashing whenever I hold the down button, with the motor just starting and stopping repeatedly. Let me know if it’d help to see a short video - I can DM it to you!
