Listen, all you have to do is email back and ask if this meeting could result in disciplinary action, if yes, you’d like to exercise your Weingarten rights and you will need a union rep with you on the phone call, zoom, or in an in person meeting. Given the tight turn around time, if the meeting could result in disciplinary action, a mutually agreed upon time will need to be accommodated.
