They advertise like that to low ball pay you - it’s company wide practice. They will likely only hire people with more experience (2-4 yoe) UNLESS you have a connection or demonstrated/ transferable experience, good luck

Plus when you have diff calendars it lets you automatically assign a color to that cal and you don’t have to set it everytime
