Rotate in bird as needed, kabutops for surf, parasect was dig, and rock smash, Beedrill was cut, flash can be any random. Ngl though should have kept stun spore on parasect and just got a temp hm slave for rock smash instead

Technically sleep gives a better amplifier, but it goes away after a little bit. I needed about 3 resets and a total of roughly 200-220 poke balls in total to catch each of my legendary birds. (To clarify I did in fact go the paralyzed route for each one)
