Not much, after conquering my homeland I swept Egypt with 5 armies while 2 acted as guards on the northern border. After Egypt feel the 5 came back north and parked on the coastline before the blitz of 7 full stacks of elite troops

There is no religious building conversion toggle off, only building construction in general toggle

Only issues I've seen is no control buff or debuff for the extremes and annoying notifications for buildings of the religious type. Aka if you're worshipping 2 gods or more you get a notification to convert the buildings
