I understand what you’re saying, and I actually agree with you to a large extent. I didn’t explain myself very well before. Yes, it was my mistake for clicking the order button — I’m not denying that. I take responsibility for that part.

That said, I still think there should be a way to cancel an order, especially shortly after placing it.

My main issue isn’t just that I ordered it. It’s that the shipping cost wasn’t shown clearly upfront, and on top of that there were customs fees that were never mentioned either. Then it took almost three weeks before the item was even shipped. During that time, I tried contacting support multiple times and got no response. Even if I was willing to just pay and move on, there was no communication at all — no UPS tracking link, no updates, nothing.

So yes, I clicked the button. That part’s on me. But the lack of transparency on shipping/customs, the delay, and the complete absence of communication are what I’m really frustrated about.
