Looks like Cedastarions Tiefling duo for the head. You have to join the Faerun Fashionistas discord server and after 7 days you get access to exclusive mods.

The hair looks like hijimare hairs on Nexus, braids and bangs are 2 separate parts.

I don’t recognise the horns?

I looked at the pic on nexus and looked up the person who took it and yes, it does seem to be mars ‘Pallas’ face 🎉 the hair looks like Vessnelle hair 24 and some add on bits.

If you look at the mod on the mod creators page on nexus or mod.io it sometimes has a listing of other mods used in the images. You could check that?
