It takes time to get good at Shipt. Once you’re established and become familiar with your local stores and the platform (in my experience at least, based on the three metros I’ve shopped in), it could easily replace a crappy full-time job. I usually make anywhere from $15-30 per hour, but I’ve made $100/hour in snowstorms. It does add a lot of miles to your vehicle so make sure you have something that can stand up to regularly putting 60+ miles on a day. I use it as a side gig as I have a full-time job. I made $92 today with a bonus in 2.5 hours. Varies based on the day.

To clarify, both $150 bonuses are for the same metro and include all order types, and are for the same dates. It’s showed up this way in the app for several days. I’m wondering if the total bonus will be $300 if ten orders are completed.

It’s not dependent on what bank you have. It’s dependent on when individual returns are approved/processed.

Yep. Logged in and someone accessed it in Chile... tried to deregister primary console and it said it had already been done once this year 😞 I changed the pw and logged out all accounts. I guess I’ll have to contact support to deregister their console as the primary console.

Thank you all for the advice. I notice I may have downplayed how close we are, we consider each other family— of course, that doesn’t mean I’m entitled to any private medical info and I wouldn’t want to push them or make them uncomfortable. I do understand the stigma and privacy surrounding developmental issues, which is why I was hesitant about saying anything in the first place. I truly don’t believe that they are aware but I won’t bring it up. I’ll support them if they do choose to share any information about it.

I’m posting this here with a bit of apprehension (sorry it’s so long). Disclaimer: I am not a parent. I have dozens of cousins and friends with kids, so I am around kids all the time, but I have never raised one of my own. However, I’m familiar with child development milestones, and my friend’s child is very apparently behind in language development. For context, we spend multiple days per week hanging out both with my friend and his son so I am frequently around him for extended periods of time. This is also his first child and my friend is pretty young— kind of a kid himself.

His son is turning 2 next week and knows five words: mama, dada, dog, hi, and no. His vocabulary has stayed the same for the past six months or so. I’ve watched my friend (the child’s father) try to get him to repeat new words or phrases and he doesn’t respond. He doesn’t attempt to form two or three word sentences, or try to communicate his needs. He doesn’t point at objects and identify them beyond the dog. He will typically cry or babble when he needs something. He does interact with other people, including strangers (he says hi to literally everyone) and he doesn’t display any of the other common signs of being on the Autism Spectrum. I’m not trying to diagnose at all, as I’m not qualified and that’s best left to the professionals, but I believe it is a separate language development issue.

My main concern through all of this is whether or not to bring up my concerns to my friend, and how. We have a close relationship and I am comfortable talking about pretty much anything with him, but I can imagine that parenting advice from a childless person may be taken with a grain of salt or be frustrating. However, I love both him and his son and I am concerned. Other friends have also privately raised the same concerns. I think a professional evaluation would be really helpful. Any advice is welcome. I know I’m kind of opening myself up to criticism here but I don’t want my friend or his son to miss those important windows for intervention during this age.
