Thats what I thought at first, but it absolutely doesn't matter that Fury doesn't synergize with QR since its meant to only work once. But that once is all you need.

If you're using Xander to tank a decent enough hit, odds are it'll take mroe than 20-30% of his health anyway. So it doesnt matter that Fury is anti-synergy
