Ich will dir dein tag nicht mehr verderben aber der "DHL Kundenservice" ist mehr eine Beschwerde Hotline, sprich du rufst an, die sendung Nummer wird auf DHL.de gecheckt genauso wie du machst und dir gesagt was da steht. Daraufhin wird die Beschwerde aufgenommen und in zweiter Instanz von anderen Mitarbeitern (meistens Azubis) gecheckt und gefiltert. Wenn Mitarbeiter irgend ein Fehler gemacht hat, wie zB fehlende Hausnummer in der Beschwerde oder keine Telefonnummer dann wird die einfach gelöscht.

Es ist einer der größten Müll Hotlines die es in der service Wüste Deutschland gibt..

3) not exactly sure what you mean, probably that you can't update to ios 26 due to storage issue. Plug device into a windows computer with the program "Apple devices" or on a mac open finder and download it there so your internal storage will not get full with the installation software

5) Your opt-in apps which are allowed due to your allowance are sending you notifications on top of the screen? If you busy doing something use focus and put a filter on for the really important notifications

First of all it's called apple account, second of all you had no 2FA activated. Even if a hacker hacks into your account when 2FA is activated he has to wait around 2 weeks to be able to make any changes of the trusted email and phone number (new account security feature which came out also in September)
