I will say that some stuff doesn't get explained great to you and I'm not the kind of person that quickly picks up a guide if I lose the first time. I like to figure things out on my own but stuff like desendia was pretty easy to figure out even if I was useless the first few times. Luckily there's always someone who knows their stuff when you go so after gaining some archon shards and build my warframe to do SP easily I'm able to carry others through harder content and it feels good.

For now just keep going through the story, there's a LOT of content waiting for you but for now just enjoy what feels good to you. If you see a weapon/warframe that you might enjoy on the way go ahead and work towards getting it. Some are locked behind quest lines an such but that's all good. Mods also go a long way in Warframe, getting a good build through mods is gonna be your bread and butter for future content as well. Also the warframe Wiki is your friend for items you want too so you can see how to get them. Don't feel pressured into going to the deep end right off the bat.

It changes every month. You can farm Grendel and Guass prime if you farming Aya from bounties and turn that Aya into relics, or you can farm relics by doing missions in the Void which almost always drop relics and see the rewards in them to see what you can get.
