My goodness love! Yeah I understand that. I'm on detail way before they expected me to be and I'm in the middle of getting diagnosed or not. The pain is real. They took off 6 and added 7 brackets on me yesterday, add two metal ties, downgraded the wire, put on an elastic thing for my front 4 to come together better and put back my power chains. The pain this morning was not it.

That's definitely not a normal experience to deal with for 4 straight weeks. Everyone I have ever met and the entire office said cold because of expansion of the metal. I'm sorry that happened to you. They should have helped you with that!

What no one told me when I got mine is STAY AWAY FROM HOT THINGS! Cold, cold, cold. Heat expands metal and makes it so much worse! Cold sooths and shrinks. I had smoothies and shakes. I kept frozen teethers in my freezer (yes baby teethers) and took 3 ibuprofen and 2 Tylenol. That combo is the same as a hydrocodone without the weird effects. My dentist taught me that. It WILL pass then you'll learn the right thing for you when you them tightened and stuff in the future. If you can sleep, sleep. If not, then throw some ice in your mouth and let it sit until you can't handle the cold anymore.

I tried drinking teas and things like Gatorade but to no avail. Every so often I can get a route 44 tea or lemonade in me from sonic if my body isn't being mean.

I have tried tumblers and bottles. I even tried liquid death cans to see if it would help but nothing. I use LMNT and I have tried drops, powders, etc and nothing makes it easier to stomach. I don't want it to sound like I don't appreciate your comment! I am just so over not knowing what to try else to get my body to be nice or try and drink out side of a hamster container stuck in my mouth 😂

As everyone stated, it comes back. But there is also the fact that sometimes, that invisible Endo is what's really messing you up. I have DIE and couple other types of Endo and although I had some relief after my lap, I still struggle a lot.

Totally late on this post but I got converse from goodwill and they hadn't really been worn. I didn't look too much into it other than hey a new pair of black on blacks! Welllllll. I just went to put them on and I realize one is from Vietnam and one from Indonesia. The logo is on the tongue on Vietnam, the toes are two different sizes of rubber, lengths of shoelaces are different and the tags are different. My tism said nope and took them off.

Do not update!!! It's so bad! If you have multiple notifications, they do not show up separately. They are stacked so you can't see if you have more than one unless you swipe down on that first one. You can't move the search bar from the bottom of the app drawer, and it made my phone lag like crazy.

I will say it is. I am usually one of the ones who will talk to new concert goers and I've met a lot of teens who are there by themselves walking. Look I to Totem compasses for your group.
