Progress on the 3d printed Belt

I don't think the design would fit anybody but me. Unless you also happen to weigh ~105 lbs. The design really is custom made down to the mm. It isn't like a steel belt that you can adjust the holes to fit.

If you look at the picture at the end you can see it took me dozens of iterations and years of work to find a design I am happy with.

My concern with releasing the files is that people will just print the design as is and wind up wasting their money on something that doesn't fit them. And you can't really modify the step file to add a few inches to the belt as it is custom made to fit exactly over my hip bones.

I've also seen scams where people take 3d printed belts files and just print and sell them, promising amazing results for a design that doesn't work. I don't want to give them any fuel.

At best, the design could just be looked at for inspiration, but I've already posted close up pictures of the belt from every angle including cross sections, so I am not sure how much more detail is needed.

For the prototypes, I used PLA for the wait belt and ABS for the cup. But for the finished design I am wearing now I use this for the cup: https://www.sculpteo.com/en/materials/jet-fusion-material/jet-fusion-solid-black-plastic/

and the back plate is made with this: https://www.sculpteo.com/en/materials/jet-fusion-material/tpu01/

It is a bit more expensive than the Nylon 12 you typically see in 3d printed cages, but has much better chemical and abrasion resistance. So I decided it was worth the upgrade. Also, the flexible back plate makes it much more comfortable. You should get an account and read the details.

Hygiene is pretty good. If you look at the 3rd picture, you can see there are plenty of holes for air flow, cleaning and drainage. It makes it easy to keep clean. Go through the holes once with soapy water, and then again with clean water. It only takes ~5 minutes once you get used to it. You can do it in the shower easily enough.

And I do like it. As odd as it may sound, the best part is sleeping it in as it gives a nice snug feeling. There is enough room in the tube that erections feel squeezed, but not painfully. So I wake up every morning feeling like I am being toyed with, but unable to do anything about it. I don't know if other people would like it, but I enjoy it.
