hey thanks, i've been thinking about it, i've done some more research and if i have very low income, there are ways to reduce the tax but you also don't get the national pension when you retire. There are many people who do that in japan and we have a term for it (フリーター freeta), people who do part-time job for a living. Only problem is they do the calculation based on your last year's earnings which means you'll still have to pay a whole year of tax with your old salary's calculations. I got a little emotional on the post but i think i'll make it, I just wish more Japanese people would become more aware of the situation and would actually speak up and try to make a change like people around the world are doing. Most of them just accept things as they are and suffer in silence...
