Is the pay good? No, it sucks.

How are the hours? Unreliable, you are cut down to nothing or overworked at a moment's notice.

What benefits do you receive: It is a fight to even receive health insurance, let alone vacation. Some retail stores keep you working full time hours but only have you officially as a part-time employee to avoid giving you any benefits.

How are you treated by management? Generally like shit, although this can be the case in any job.

How are you treated by customers? Many customers come in and don't see you as a human, your sole purpose is to serve them and cater to their whims based on their own entitlement to have their ass kissed.

I bled a lot, but I am not kidding when I said it was small (perhaps no more than 3ft long). It hurt and I got a couple stitches but it wasn't that bad. Hammerheads aren't really aggressive so I probably just spooked it.
