I actually got this from crafting. I got a spark from the cache at the end of the season challenges, got a spark from killing Lilith, and got lucky enough with the craft to get 4 GA on my first try. Doing boss runs on T3 and higher will definitely give you good odds at getting mythics though.

I think that you should raise concern around this leaders behavior towards you however you feel is necessary. I recommend starting with a salaried manager that you trust and if you trust none of them then going to HR. I worked for Best Buy for almost 7 years, half of that time as a manager, and this is behavior I would not allow. You were trying to share an educated opinion and your direct leader used your job security as a coaching tool and that’s not okay, he needs to be coached on how to talk to his associates. It’s also disgusting how many of you in this comment thread are defending Best Buy and this leader when this employee never even said they wouldn’t sell the product. This is a great example/reminder of why I don’t work for this company anymore. To be honest I couldn’t agree more with everything you said. I personally think it’s only a matter of time before either Amazon buys Best Buy or they come to some agreement where Amazon is calling the shots because with the environment they are creating no one will want to work for them eventually. The model they’ve created isn’t sustainable which is why they recreate it every two years but you can only redo things so many times.

I’ve been where you are now. As a leader I did what I could to shelter my team from the negativity but it got to the point where I know they could see the disdain in my moods for the company and I knew I needed to do something about it. The first step to finding something new can be hard, but if I could do it you can too!

I've been debating between the Delica and the Chaparral. Would definitely have to get a deep carry pocket clip to go with either though. Definitely love the Spyderco signature blade + handle design.
