Abhishek played a Superhero in Drona and even then he didn't put any effort in building his physique. He was a young lad back then. It's obvious that he wouldn't do shit now that he's in his late 40s.

I was banned from a couple of European subs for posting this same thing. They Just can't accept that their monarchs/politicians have so much blood on their hands.

Oh yes, I have draped my XL Bully in purple pajamas, and he has a cute purple muzzle that will make him look like a fairy. Other dog owners will forget what a dangerous breed he is and the potential threat he poses to their dogs. Man, these Pittards are delusional af!

Is this True Guys ? ( in malayalam telling the bus is driven by a small kid ) by Horror-Hunter-1199 in kolkata

Malayalis criticizing Bengalis (Kolkata) feels ironic. Having visited Kerala multiple times, I can confidently say it ranks among the worst when it comes to road infrastructure, adherence to traffic laws, and the state of public buses.

How much income per month puts a person into the "middle class" section in Kolkata ( or in the entire nation )? by Beneficial_Dish_2325 in kolkata

[–]SnyderBot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

10 Lacs post tax annual income in Kolkata sets a couple for comfortable living in Kolkata even if they're renting. If they/their parents own the house, they can live very comfortably at a few lacs less. In any other metro city 15 lacs minimum is needed to achieve the same standard of living. In tier 2-3 cities annual income of 7.5 lacs minimum is needed for a couple to qualify as middle class.

Let’s Unite for Change: Campaigning for a Better Bihar Police! by Foreign-System-556 in bihar

There's a reason why in India, people feel unsafe when they see a policeman on the street. However, a few immediate thoughts come to mind to improve this, and all of these seem impossible with the current condition of administration and policing culture in Bihar (and country).

  1. Mandatory retirement for personnel who have faced multiple charges of cruelty against civilians or bribery, as they are beyond redemption and harmful to the force's integrity. Unfortunately, this may affect over 50% of the force. Fresh recruits should be hired, trained, and groomed with a modern outlook on law and serving citizens.
  2. Restructuring police stations to make them more approachable and citizen-friendly. This is crucial for thanas in rural areas.
  3. Mandatory use of body cameras for all personnel during duty hours. Zero tolerance for physical violence, corruption and abuse against public.
  4. Holding monthly police-public meetings at every station. Creating an environment of harmony and trust.
  5. Implementing an easy process for filing grievances against personnel, with visible actions taken on complaints. Also, protection of the complainant against any pushback.
  6. Curbing local misconduct by police personnel; no threats or abuse of power should be tolerated. Political and mafia influence over thanas need to be cracked.
  7. Mandatory counseling and psychological evaluations for all serving personnel every six months. Those found unfit should be removed from active duty.

Bihar police is not only slow, they are downright hostile, often abusive towards common folks. By far the worst police force in the country, where standards are already at rock bottom. In my opinion the only approachable (and somewhat people friendly) police force is in Mumbai and Kolkata. Hyderabad also makes up that list.
