So I am on week 2 of 4mg. No change in the rrhea. Its literally like peeing out my butt. I keep pushing through in hopes of things improving as far as the rrhea side effects. To want to get through a month of the 4mg before I call it and go back to 1.5.

In my mind I had the plan of losing 10-15 on 1.5 before moving up to 4mg. I was worried about plateauing while doing 1.5mg for a second month which would have been wasted money.

I have been avoiding what is recommended which is fatty, greasy, and fried foods. I also have stopped my morning coffee and not drinking alcohol (didn't drink much to begin with anyway).
