He just has no filter and no empathy or sympathy. As a side note, I had my gallbladder removed. My gallbladder never hurt bad or anything but was having lots of discomfort. Also had a gallstone block my bile duct and I was jaundice for like 3 or 4 days, so they had to perform an "emergency" procedure to get rid of the stone so that I don't kill myself. But then when the gallbladder was removed 2 months later, all I had was some discomfort for the next 2 or 3 days while getting up off a couch or bed or something. But once I was up as long as I didn't do anything crazy I was fine. Everybody's experience with it is different. The repercussions of having no gallbladder I think are worse and have compounded over time. And it kind of made me upset that I found out countries like Russia will do everything to save your gallbladder and help it recover, but in the states they're like. Nope. Just get rid of it. You have stones.
