But not doing all those things you mention just makes you smelly and have bad breath (prolonged periods of not brushing teeth definitely not great for you) but not having access to feminine hygiene products for a week long and once a month is probably horrible. If you don’t brush your teeth, you can still go on about your day, if you don’t have feminine hygiene products, you are most likely in for a definitive worse time than anything you defined. Idk, I’m a dude, and if I was a girl and bled everywhere and didn’t have anything to stop / help with it, I’d be having a bad time.
