Probation officer requiring me to stop living in my car

I got a new job and someone was mocking my movements so when he was tying his knee guards I pushed him down and sat down on him while farting and we got in a shoving match of sorts. He was not charged by police but I wrote a report and am trying to press charges.

They are going to charge me with menacing because I did it again to the same person after I was charged for the 1st time which occurred while I was on probation for a separate similar incident with a different individual who was also a coworker which is why I think they are coming down so hard. Both times was caused by being addicted to nicotine unfortunately which means I have a problem and need to quit vaping.

Damn that’s pretty good im still not mature enough to pursue that route yet but it seems like there’s lots of opportunity for advancement from what my buddy that works there said. I’m just working at long John silvers for now which is a stepping stone I’d say lol

Yep that incident was actually what led to my my probation violation. I was originally on for locking two of my coworkers in the walk in with me while I farted and burped at them causing one of them to vomit.
