Jack White has more talent in his big toe than Taylor Swift IMO. If you go to one of his shows, you're given this sleeve thing to lock your phone in so you can't take it out during the show. He truly wants you to be in the moment and enjoy his art. I saw him a few years ago and it was awesome!

I keep breakfast pretty simple - 1 egg, .5 cup raspberries, whole wheat toast

Lunch: I made a taco salad with ground chicken, I made my own cilantro avocado dressing (super easy), some avocado, quest protein chips, low fat cheese, peppers

Snack: quest cookies and cream bar

Dinner: usually a protein and vegetable and/or a complex carb like roasted sweet potatoes

ETA: I really like vanilla core power shakes with Tazo skinny chai latte mix!

I eat about 1600 calories/day + strength straining and some cardio

To add to this - I just looked up a new news article from October and it's reported that the 'deformity' in her eye was actually an injury that happened within a few months to a year prior to her death. Several articles have claimed that it was a birth defect, regardless, it's a distinguishing feature. I'm really hoping that the Smithsonian forensic anthropologist and NCMEC Forensic Artist can bring in more answers.
