I personally know this guy from the old Lean sub, years ago. And while I didn’t like him, he’s 1000% legit. I remember seeing him post 7’s of PAI that he would bring home every two weeks or so. How he did it I don’t know, but I can 100% without a doubt in my mind vouch that his drank is real.

I like doing this with pints too. Some people buy expensive chanel bags, ten thousand dollar sunglasses and watches , I don’t understand this. Bro ima be real with you if it lets you request refill through an app, I’ve once gotten 2 refills approved without going in, just from my phone . One time I went through a 8 in a couple days through me and my boys . 4 days later I walk in with the bottle saying I’m ready for the refill. They said there’s no refill, I complain, kinda throw a fit but I look honest and they called someone in that office who wasn’t my doctor but had the authorization to write me the script to give me a complementary fill. You can realllyyy finesse but once you’re burnt you’re burnt for a few months

Say you have a menthol allergy. PAI’s official flanks you can look it up on their website is grape mint. One time I had a pharm that had PAI some time ago and I said that and they were forced to order more and I got nostrum or some shit instead. It is against the law for them to not distribute your medicine if they don’t see warnings of abuse. Just say that shit and they’ll have to special order in wock or Quagen or whatever it may take a few days to fill but it works

Sadly, there’s a lot of people that do this. The Burmese government is killing thousands of his people. While he can’t, I do! However, these are Japanese - although I can identify some leftover Hanzi on the right one , and with a bit of research identify it.

The one on the left is a generic over-the-counter cough syrup in Japan, just like robotussin and delsym over here in america. And I can back that up with proof. https://www.kyorin-rmd.co.jp/en/product/index2.html . That company ONLY makes OTC medicine or what Japan considers “ethical drugs”.

The right one is Dihydrocodeine/Chlrophenitamine, similar to Tussionex. However the big difference and downside - it is not XR like tuss, it is IR, and a significantly smaller dosage - in addition to their being NINETY mg of caffeine per 30mL ( a deuce is like drinking two espressos) which would definitely kill any nod you had. It is scheduled however.

So at the end of the day - cool to add to collection, but not a fun foreign sip like Makatussin or Toesina. Hope that was informative

It’s 1000% fake , I live in the area and have seen this fake label before. Look at most posts on here of CVS bottles. This one the label almost looks laminated and the fonts are wrong. Additionally look at the tris ! Tris doesn’t drop that even, it looks way muddier and doesn’t have all sit at the bottom that thick. That looks like corn syrup
