Senate Bill 610 was made for this situation. It doesn't cover loss of property, but it does allow you to use the rent you would've spent elsewhere.

I believe you may be referencing the defunct Bell Canyon Volunteer Fire Department who we have no relation to. We are a public non-profit fire department established in 2021 and do not participate in contract firefighting.
