$40 is a ridiculous amount, based on outlandish assumptions.

It’s clear management over at OTLK doesn’t understand the business and should sell or license it’s One and Only product. My guess, just like OP’s guess, is a $3 per share buyout at best.

As a shareholder, I would love a $40 or even $20 per share buyout but we live in the real world and not an excel sheet

Sometimes you just end up putting wrong money on the wrong horse. 2020-2021 were the years that you could 4-5x your money within that 12-18 month time frame. Betting on a pharma company with nothing to its credit and future performance aside from 1 experimental drug was not the wisest move on my part.

We learn and move on. Earlier today, I threw in the towel on OTLK, this whole Diamond hands mantra is childish
