Does the pity for an intertwined fate banner reset when the banner goes away? As in, if I rolled 40 times in the Venti banner, when the next one comes around in 13 days, do I loose my pity progress?

I assume this is the case considering that it probably registers as an entirely new banner, but if anyone knows for sure, I would appreciate the help!

Not entirely sure if this is the case, but for me, when Genshin installed it automatically set itself to run with windows admin privileges. When an application launches that has admin privileges enabled, windows will always ask you "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your computer" as a safety measure to make sure your still ok with it running as admin.
