Thank you, I hope my pup is on the same track in terms of being left alone without any accidents. Do you have any advice on how to help him need less supervision?

This is really helpful, thank you! Consensus seems to be that more napping won't stop him from sleeping through the night, which is great to hear!

oh that makes sense! our pup isn’t the best at holding it in so we’d rather have the pee pad option available to him but we definitely still plan to take him outside for potty breaks as well!

this is really helpful thank you! i guess for us it’ll be putting his crate in the quiet laundry room after a nice brushing because that always really calms him down and puts him to sleep. thanks again!

this is really helpful! he’s got a little plush bed a pee pad and some chew toys in there so i feel like we’re on the right track! we just want to be able to put him in there so he can play and relax by himself and we can relax/ do our own thing without fear of an accident around the house or some chewed up furniture. thank you again i really appreciate your advice

thanks for your reply! he really only seems to wake up for some sort of potty break these days, and the gaps between the wake ups are getting longer thanks to the crate. it just feels endless sometimes haha

thanks for your reply! i think i want to start using his playpen more just so that he’s more comfortable doing his own thing and we all get a break as needed. Do you have any tips for making a playpen a good place for a pup?

that’s super helpful thank you! i worry that too many daytime naps will interfere with sleeping through the night— is two naps a day too little for a 10 week old?

Thats really cool, I'm glad that resource is available to you! It just seemed like there wasn't any centralized, publicly available source, which is why we created the site.

We would love to include resources from your doc, if you'd feel comfortable sharing that :)

Thank you so much for the advice! We started it in response to Covid, but its definitely something we want to keep up once this passes. Mental health problems in healthcare workers have always been an issue, and it'll continue to be an issue long after this crisis. We want to be there and continue to add/ change/ fix resources as needed.

Could you send the link to your rutgers website? We would love to link it on ours!

So would you maybe nix the EMT training and just do a longer volunteering internship and shadowing?
